Do I own the Dash Cams and GPS units?

No. This is an Equipment as a Service (EaaS) model. DCCI provides the latest hardware and the service as a single package. This means you never have to worry about buying expensive equipment upfront or being stuck with obsolete hardware. DCCI and our vendors retain ownership of the devices.

How do I get the "First Month Free" deal?

To qualify, you must sign your 24-month agreement and pay your installation fees by Noon on December 31st. If you meet this deadline, your first monthly service bill won't arrive until February 1, 2026.

What is the "Bundle Discount"?

While our GPS service is $24.95/mo and our Dash Cam service is $49.95/mo, customers who take both on the same unit receive a combined rate of $64.95/mo. This saves you an additional $10 per unit every month.

Is Auto-Pay required?

Yes. To keep our administrative costs low and offer these promotional rates, we require all clients to be enrolled in Auto-Pay. The prices listed already include a $5.00 monthly discount for using Auto-Pay.

What happens if I need to cancel my contract early?

We understand that business needs change. If you need to exit your 24-month agreement early, you can do so by requesting a Service Termination Agreement, returning the equipment to DCCI, and paying a 90-day buyout fee.

Where does installation take place?

  • At our shop: $100 per device.
  • At your location: $150 per device (if within 20 miles of our shop).
  • If you are further than 25 miles away, we are happy to come to you for a small additional per-mile fee.

What if a device is lost or not returned at the end of service?

Because the equipment is owned by DCCI, it must be recovered at the end of the service term. If a device is not returned or is lost, a replacement fee applies: $450 for Dash Cams; $175 for Tracking Devices.

Promotion Runs 12/17/2025 -12/31/2025 for eligible participants

1. Promotion Overview This offer provides qualifying clients with Equipment as a Service (EaaS), combining hardware and service into one monthly payment. Under this model, all equipment remains the property of DCCI and its respective vendors; the customer does not own the equipment.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participants: Open to both new and existing clients.

Minimum Volume: A minimum of three (3) units must be ordered in a single transaction to qualify for promotional pricing.

Deadline: Contracts must be signed and all applicable installation fees paid in full by 12:00 PM (Noon) on December 31, 2025 Central Standard time.

3. Pricing & Monthly Commitment

All rates below require enrollment in Auto-Pay (a $5.00/mo discount is already applied to the figures below).

Contract Term: 24 Months.

GPS Telematics Service: $24.95 per month, per unit.

Dash Cam Add-on: $49.95 per month, per unit.

The Holiday Bundle: Customers selecting both GPS and Dash Cam service receive a bundled rate of $64.95 per month, per unit.

4. Installation & Activation Fees Activation Fee: The standard $50.00 activation fee is waived for this promotion.

Shop Installation: $100.00 per device (at DCCI facility).

Onsite Installation: $150.00 per device (within 20 miles of DCCI location).

Extended Travel: Installations beyond a 25-mile radius will incur an additional per-mile charge (contact your rep for current rates).

Installation Timeline: Installation must be completed within 14 days of contract signing.

5. Billing & "First Month Free" Incentive Qualifying orders that meet the December 31st deadline will receive their first month of service at no cost. Regular monthly billing will commence via email invoice on February 1, 2026.

6. Termination & Equipment Return To terminate service, whether during or after the contract term, the client must contact DCCI to execute a Service Termination Agreement. This formal process includes:

Scheduling the removal of all equipment.

Closing the account and handing over final data.

Early Termination: If a customer wishes to terminate prior to the 24-month completion, they may do so by returning the equipment and paying a 90-day contract buyout fee.

Non-Return/Replacement Fees: If equipment is not returned or the account is in default, the following replacement fees apply: Dash Cameras: $450.00 per unit. Tracking Devices: $175.00 per unit.
